Doron Gerstel
CEO & Director
Doron Gerstel joined Perion as CEO in April 2017. Serving as CEO for the last 16 years, he has established an outstanding ability to drive growth in hi-tech companies and competitive markets. In his previous role as CEO of Panaya, he led a company turnaround that saw an increase in annual revenue and the company’s acquisition by Infosys. He has also held CEO positions at Nolio, Syneron and Zend Technologies. Doron holds a BSc in Economics and Management from the Technion, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. Since May 2018 Mr. Gerstel serves also as a member of the Board of Directors.
Maoz Sigron
CFO
Maoz is an experienced finance executive with more than a decade of experience working with NASDAQ-listed companies. Prior to joining Perion, Maoz served as Vice President of Allot Communications, where he led the full lifecycle of M&A deals, from due diligence through the final integration phase, to re-organizational and post M&A activities. Maoz also served as Controller at Tnuva and Stratasys Ltd., where he played a key role in the Objet-Stratasys merger. Earlier in his career, he served as a CPA with PwC, and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the College of Management.
Miki Kolko
CTO
Miki Kolko has served as Perion’s Chief Technology Officer since January 2015. He has over 19 years of experience in internet and big data technologies and previously served as VP Data at Perion. Prior to this, Miki served as VP Data at LivePerson (NASDAQ:LSPN), and held various engineering management positions in other companies. He founded 3 enterprise software and internet B2C startups. Miki holds a MSc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University.
Tal Jacobson

Tal Jacobson has been an executive in the Israeli high-tech industry for over 20 years. He was the Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Business Development Officer at SimilarWeb. He also founded Monotizer, which provided a technology for generating traffic to online retailers. Previously, Tal was the VP of Business at McCann Erickson; he also held the position of CEO at video collaboration platform Watchitoo. Tal was also the Director of Business Development at AOL as part of the IM division (ICQ), which generated the majority of its revenues from search properties and ads.
Daniel E. Aks
President Undertone
Daniel E. Aks has broad operating experience in C-level roles for the information, education, and consumer media industries. Previously, Mr. Aks served as CEO of Antenna Audio Inc; COO/CSO of McGraw-Hill Education, where he led its reorganization and developed formative testing and data-driven instruction products; as COO for Primedia Consumer Magazines and as President if its Internet Business, where he launched and led the pioneering digital business. He was also Partner with BA&H, a leading strategy consulting firm. Mr. Aks holds two undergrad degrees from Rutgers University, and an MBA from Harvard University.
Pierre-Lou Dominjon

Pierre-Lou Dominjon is the founder and CEO of MakeMeReach, which was established in 2009 and became part of Perion Network Ltd. in 2015. He has more than a decade of experience working in the AdTech industry. MakeMeReach leverages a cutting-edge platform that automates and optimizes online ads campaigns in one place. Under his leadership, MakeMeReach has established partnerships with five major ad networks and has grown to serve 4,000+ advertisers worldwide. He has strong experience in product management and holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from EPITA.
Ran Cohen
Senior VP Product
Ran Cohen has over 14 years’ experience leading interactive brands & developing breakthrough innovations in online advertising. He has held multiple executive roles, including co-founder & President of Legolas Media (acquired by Undertone) and VP Product & Business Development at Sizmek. He has a BA in economics from The Hebrew University & an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Adi Zackai Mates
VP HR
Adi Zackai Mates brings over 11 years of global HR high-tech industry experience with her. Prior to joining Perion, she served as Global HR Business Partner at Amdocs for 4 years. Prior to that, she held various HR leadership roles at Comverse specializing in organizational consultation, leadership talent management, professional growth, recruitment and more. Adi holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences organizational Behavior and HR, as well as an MBA in Business Administration Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting from the College of Management.

Eyal Kaplan
Chairman of the Board
Eyal Kaplan joined Perion’s board in May 2018. He also serves as Chairman of Expand Investments, a consulting firm focusing on growth-through-innovation and corporate strategies. Prior to that, he was Managing General Partner with Walden Israel, a venture capital firm, and served as Director and Chairman of numerous portfolio companies. Mr. Kaplan holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BSc degree (with Honors) in economics and management from the Technion.

Dror Erez
Director
Dror Erez joined Perion’s Board of Directors in January 2014. He is the founder and CTO of Conduit, one of Israel’s largest Internet companies. Prior to founding Conduit, Dror co-founded Effective–i, a learning system that categorized, organized, and delivered information to shorten search cycles within an enterprise. Dror has extensive experience in Internet, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and cloud technologies. He holds a B.A. in Physics and Computers from Bar Ilan University.
Rami Schwartz

Rami Schwartz serves as Managing Director of The Portland Trust (Tel Aviv office), and an Advisory Board Member of Algosec. Previously, Mr. Schwartz was the President of the Amdocs Products and Amdocs Delivery groups for 7 years. Prior to joining Amdocs, he was the Chairman of Olive Software (acquired by ESW Capital), and Comply, the co-Founder and CEO of Zizio and DigiHOO, and an EIR at Cedar Fund. Mr. Schwartz was CEO and Director of Exanet (acquired by Dell) and General Manager of Precise Software (acquired by Veritas software). Rami holds a B.Sc. in excellence, in Math and Computer Science from the Hebrew University.
Sarit Firon

Ms. Sarit Firon serves as managing partner of Cerca Partners, a VC investment fund. In addition, Ms. Firon serves as chairperson of the board of myThings, and as a director at the following companies: Datorama, MediWound, and Evogene Agritech. Previously, Ms. Firon served as CEO of Extreme Reality and held several CFO positions at various tech companies including MediaMind, Kenshoo and P-Cube. She holds a B.A. in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.
Mike Vorhaus

Mike Vorhaus is the CEO of Vorhaus Advisors. Previously, he was the President of Magid Advisors, a leading strategic consulting firm. He also serves on the Advisory Board at Digital Media Wire Inc. Mr. Vorhaus is a frequent guest on Bloomberg TV. He previously worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate and for two White House administrations. He has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Wesleyan University and completed the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business Management Development Program.
Joy Marcus
Director
Joy Marcus has a wealth experience in the media industry, including EVP and GM Digital Video at Condé Nast Entertainment, CEO of Bloglovin' (now Activate), SVP Global Marketing Solutions at Time Warner (now WarnerMedia), VP International at Viacom and GM North America for DailyMotion. She sits on the Boards of digital media companies Anyclip and Qwire, and the nonprofits New York Tech Alliance and Hoops4Hope. Joy is currently a full time Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Princeton University, and is serving as a Venture Partner at VC firm JVP, focusing on digital media, advertising and consumer investments. Joy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University and has a JD from NYU Law School.
