Doron Gerstel joined Perion as CEO in April 2017. Serving as CEO for the last 16 years, he has established an outstanding ability to drive growth in hi-tech companies and competitive markets. In his previous role as CEO of Panaya, he led a company turnaround that saw an increase in annual revenue and the company’s acquisition by Infosys. He has also held CEO positions at Nolio, Syneron and Zend Technologies. Doron holds a BSc in Economics and Management from the Technion, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Yacov Kaufman joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Prior to joining Perion, Yacov served as CFO at Acorn Energy Inc. (formerly Data Systems & Software Inc., NASDAQ: ACFN). Yacov also served as the Comptroller and CFO of dsIT Technologies Ltd., a subsidiary of Acorn. Before that, Yacov was Director of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (Nasdaq: TSEM). Yacov has a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.B.A. in Business Finance from Bar Ilan University.
Miki Kolko has served as Perion’s Chief Technology Officer since January 2015. He has over 19 years of experience in internet and big data technologies and previously served as VP Data at Perion. Prior to this, Miki served as VP Data at LivePerson (NASDAQ:LSPN), and held various engineering management positions in other companies. He founded 3 enterprise software and internet B2C startups. Miki holds a MSc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University.
General Manager, Undertone
Rob Schwartz serves as the General Manager of Undertone, a business division of Perion. Rob joined Perion as Chief Strategy and Development Officer after the acquisition of Undertone in 2015. Previously, he served as SVP of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, overseeing global corporate strategy. Rob has previously held management and strategy roles at The Topps Company, Bain & Co., PepsiCo and IBM. He has an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
General Manager, Search
Mike Glover is an experienced leader in the search field with a substantial amount of experience in the industry. He joined InfoSpace Inc. in 2000, playing a critical role in securing unique and long term agreements with leading search providers, and served as President of the company from 2013. He has more than 14 years of business development, sales and marketing experience and has served as a Director of Marketing at Uniglobe.com.
Senior VP Marketing
Angie Geffen leads Perion strategic marketing efforts with a heavy focus on business achievements and market advancement. With almost 2 decades of traditional and digital marketing experience, she leads Perion’s brand and product marketing, investor relations marketing and employer branding. As SVP Marketing, Angie supports all Perion business units to strategize and position Perion as a leader within the ad-tech global ecosystem.
Senior VP of Product Development
Chris Henger brings 20 years of experience in digital ad space, with a detailed knowledge of ad tech, data, targeting, and digital publishers. Chris has led digital business for Catalina Marketing and has worked for Google and DoubleClick in several Product leadership roles. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, an MBA from DePaul University, and currently resides in Chicago with his wife and children.
Limor Gershoni Levy
Senior VP and General Counsel
Limor Gershoni Levy joined Perion in January 2011 and serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Perion, Limor served as General Legal Counsel at Veraz Networks (NASDAQ: VRAZ), a leading provider of bandwidth optimization solutions. Before that, Limor was General Counsel at Medigate Ltd., a company that develops management software. Limor has an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University Law School and an LL.B. from Essex University, England.
Senior VP HR
Rini Karlin serves as Senior VP HR of Perion, where she leads the coordination, planning and execution of all HR functions across Perion’s global offices. Rini is a seasoned HR executive who comes to Perion with more than 19 years of experience in global HR management, strategic planning, executive consulting, leadership & talent development, and change management. She previously held the role of VP HR at Xura (Comverse), a global digital communications leader with thousands of employees around the world. Rini holds a B.A. in Social Science from Bar Ilan University and completed MSc. Business Administration studies at Tel Aviv University,

Alan Gelman has been a director of Perion since August 2011. He was elected Chair of the Board in January 2016. He served as a director of Ion Asset Management Ltd. until December 2015. Previously, Mr. Gelman held various management positions at Better Place Inc., Bezeq (TASE: BEZQ), Delek Group Ltd. (TASE: DELKG), Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), and Barak ITC. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College and an M.B.A. from Hofstra University.
Dror Erez joined Perion’s Board of Directors in January 2014. He is the founder and CTO of Conduit, one of Israel’s largest Internet companies. Prior to founding Conduit, Dror co-founded Effective–i, a learning system that categorized, organized, and delivered information to shorten search cycles within an enterprise. Dror has extensive experience in Internet, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and cloud technologies. He holds a B.A. in Physics and Computers from Bar Ilan University.
Roy Gen has served on Perion’s Board of Directors since January 2014. Roy serves as CFO of Conduit, overseeing the company’s financial activities, compliance directives, and corporate operations. He has more than 16 years of experience in corporate and international financial management. Prior to joining Conduit, Roy served as VP Finance at Exanet. He is a CPA, and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting, and and MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Ms. Sarit Firon serves as managing partner of Cerca Partners, a VC investment fund. In addition, Ms. Firon serves as chairperson of the board of myThings, and as a director at the following companies: Datorama, MediWound, and Evogene Agritech. Previously, Ms. Firon served as CEO of Extreme Reality and held several CFO positions at various tech companies including MediaMind, Kenshoo and P-Cube. She holds a B.A. in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.
Osnat Ronen founded FireWind PE and currently serves as its general partner. She has previously served as general partner at Viola Private Equity and in various positions at Bank Leumi. Osnat currently serves as a board member at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, Fox Wizel and Partners Communications Co. She also volunteers as a director of the College for Management and Yissum Research Development Co. of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Osnat has a BSc in mathematics and computer science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University
Avichay Nissenbaum has over 25 years of experience in the software industry and is a cofounder and general partner at lool ventures. Prior to lool ventures, Avichay co-founded and served as CEO of Yedda.com (acquired by AOL). He previously co-founded SmarTeam, a market leader in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), which was acquired by Dassault Systems (NASDAQ: DASTY). Avichay has a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A in Economics from Bar Ilan University.
Mike Vorhaus is President of Magid Advisors, a leading strategic consulting firm. He also serves on the Advisory Board at Digital Media Wire Inc. He is a frequent guest on Bloomberg TV. He previously worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate and for two White House administrations. Mike has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Wesleyan University and completed the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business Management Development Program.
