 We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineering Team Leader to lead our growing Data team. As a Data Engineering Team Leader, you will build data-driven solutions using cutting-edge data tools and large-scale data on CodeFuel’s AWS data infrastructure.

 Job Responsibilities:

 ·  Managing a growing team of talented data engineers who deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.

 ·  Provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship.

 ·  Lead the data solution development throughout the product life-cycle.

 ·  Work closely with analysts, product and the R&D teams to deliver the best solution to the business.

 ·  Design the solution by understanding the needs, modeling the data, choosing the right tools and defining the interfaces/reports.

 ·  Make sure the solution is stable, scalable and provides accurate data at all time.

 ·  Manage the interfaces with the data partners and other R&D teams to deliver the solution on time.

 ·  Develop expertise in the business topics that the solutions you own covers.

 ·  Run research and POCs for new technologies and tools as part of our continuous improvement life-cycle.

 Profile and Experience:

 ·  3+ years of managerial experience in leading data development teams.

 ·  3+ years of relevant experience as Data Engineer / BI Developer – a must.

 ·  Proficiency with SQL and Python – a must.

·  Experience with big data solutions like Spark, Presto, Hive, etc.

 ·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 ·  Experience using cloud services and AWS in particular - a strong advantage.

 ·  Experience in data visualization tools and Tableau in particular - a strong advantage.

We’re looking for a Director of Compensation & Benefits to join our growing Israel HR team.

 Core Mission:

  •  Lead, design and implement, global compensation policies programs and processes, regional benefits, and best practices to support the business growth within the competitive eco system.

Key responsibilities :

  • Global Compensation process- Manage and lead global C&B processes independently to support and align with the business needs and strategy such as Salary increase processes, Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
  • Equity -Manage and execute our global Equity plan incl ESPP. Modify the plan per the business needs and market alignment.
  • BU’s Commission plans- partner with BU’s HR, legal and finance teams to tailor attractive commission plans to support the business needs. Consolidate all plans to one center of knowledge.
  • Manage the implementation of C&B policies & procedures taking account of cost implications and financial constraints of the organization
  • Provide insights, observations and recommendations based on analysis regarding non-standard / tailored compensation & benefits packages (key hiring, relocation etc)
  • Compensation Committee – consolidate and prepare all materials towards the quarterly compensation committees and be able to provide recommendations on more sensitive data / executive packages.
  • Communication of C&B programs, policies, and processes:
  • Drafting and presenting communication materials for the field (HR, managers, finance, other functions) regarding the various aspect of C&B, on an ongoing basis or as a means to support the communication of C&B processes and strategy
  • Train and coach HR Managers in the details of the programs.
  • Best Practices:
  • Being up to date with C&B trends and market practices and apply insights to compensation & benefits strategy.
  • Seek for on going benchmarks in all regions
  • Mergers, Acquisitions, reduction in force:
  • Take part in ad hoc projects such as: restructuring activity, M&As, rebadge transfers and provide insights related to C&B.
  • HR Information Systems C&B modules and people Analytics:
  • Supervising the data integrality of HR system specially related to levels, compensation structure etc.
  • Be able to provide insights and analytics based on the HR metrics such as attrition, key talents mapping, engagement
  • Working closely with VP HR on management dashboards and QBR’s

Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in working in a global environment, preferred in Hi-tech companies  
  • Proven reward analyst experience and knowledge of reward benchmarking, compensation process and tools ( include commission plans,  bonuses, equity, Executive’s compensation etc)
  • Experience in People analytics
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external interfaces in an agile, rapidly changing environment. Own and lead processes end to end.
  • Proficient with Microsoft excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
