The Opportunity

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a client-focused Account Manager - Platform Specialist to join our team and play a key role in accelerating growth across Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH), YouTube, Social, and other algorithmic buying channels. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to a portfolio of agencies and brands, helping them unlock the full value of our programmatic offerings through the Perion DSP.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing billing, collections, and cash application processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. Job description

Reporting to the VP Engineering, we are looking for a Lead Backend Engineer (Edge Lead) to take technical ownership of our real-time delivery systems while leading and growing a team of engineers.

This is a hands-on leadership role — a true player-coach position.

What You’ll Own

Technical Ownership

  • Architecture and evolution of our Ad Server, SSP, Exchange, and DSP execution components
  • High-throughput, low-latency distributed systems
  • Performance optimization (latency, memory, throughput)
  • Reliability, resiliency, and failover strategies

About the Role

About the Role

We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our MIS Development team at Perion Networks. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that power critical business operations. You’ll take ownership of automations, integrations, and custom development on the Sales Cloud and core Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and asynchronous processing (Platform Events, Queueable, Batch, etc.).
  • Support, debug, and refactor legacy code, improving maintainability and performance.
  • Ensure all development follows Salesforce architectural best practices, design patterns, and platform limitations.
  • Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code aligned with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with other R&D and MIS teams to deliver cross-system functionality and process automation.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and uphold version control best practices using Git/GitHub.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience developing in an object-oriented programming (OOP) language (such as Java or C#).
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer.
  • Strong experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, API integrations, and asynchronous processing (Platform Events, Queueable, Batch jobs, etc.).

About the Role

Our Talent Acquisition team is growing! We're looking for a skilled and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join us and help scale our teams globally. In this role, you'll play a key part in building our workforce across multiple regions and functions, partnering closely with leaders to attract world-class talent and strengthen our employer brand.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on our Tel Aviv and EMEA offices, as well as other international locations. You'll work across various functions including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging data-driven insights and innovative recruitment tools to drive hiring excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process globally from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Proactively source and engage top talent worldwide using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, referrals, and talent communities
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and design strategic hiring plans
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain global talent pipelines for current and future roles, with focus on targeting passive candidates
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and manage our Employee Referral Program to attract high-quality talent
  • Leverage AI-driven recruitment technologies to optimize sourcing efficiency and candidate matching
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure hiring excellence
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience with timely feedback and professional communication throughout all stages

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles within a tech environment (preferably in a startup or high-tech company)
  • Experience recruiting for EMEA region
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Engineering, Data, Product) with strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other advanced sourcing tools
  • Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and successfully engage passive candidates
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining quality
  • Experience conducting English phone interviews a MUST; flawless verbal and written English skills (all communications in English)
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
  • Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions

We’re looking for a strategic, high-performing Team Lead, Sales to drive revenue growth while leading a small pod team. This role blends individual sales ownership with leadership responsibilities. You’ll carry a quota, manage key client relationships, and guide a mini team that may include a Sales Planner, Account Manager, and potentially a junior seller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed an individual revenue quota while driving overall pod performance and growth.
  • Develop and execute a focused go-to-market strategy that expands Perion’s footprint across priority agency and brand partners.
  • Build and deepen senior-level relationships with agencies and direct clients, positioning Perion’s full suite of digital advertising solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead strategic campaign conversations with clients, influencing media planning, informing creative direction, and ensuring seamless execution across channels.
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities while expanding and retaining existing accounts.

 

Team Leadership & Pod Ownership

  • Lead a small pod team (Sales Planner, Account Manager, and potentially a junior seller), setting priorities, driving accountability, and ensuring strong execution.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on sales strategy, pipeline management, client communication, and deal execution.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on proposals, RFP strategy, client presentations, and negotiation tactics.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture aligned with Perion’s values.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to support talent development, performance management, and succession planning.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales Planning to develop compelling proposals and customized RFP responses aligned to client objectives and Perion’s differentiated capabilities.
  • Partner with Client Services to ensure campaign performance, optimization, and strategic insights are communicated clearly to clients.
  • Act as a voice of the customer internally, sharing market feedback, competitive insights, and product opportunities with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and territory strategy for both individual and pod performance.
  • Analyze market opportunity and performance trends to inform account planning and growth strategy.
  • Represent Perion as a trusted partner both internally and externally.

 

Profile & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in the advertising industry, with 5+ years in digital advertising sales preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue quotas in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including CTV/OTT, programmatic, mobile, digital video, and branded content.
  • Experience owning a territory and building long-term agency and client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze pipeline, forecast accurately, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or leading junior sellers or cross-functional partners strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Reporting to the Managing Director of EMEA, your main responsibility is to evangelise and educate Italian agencies and brands on the value proposition of Perion’s digital solutions, with a particular focus on programmatic DOOH and Outmax, Perion’s performance marketing solution that maximises programmatic campaign results through intelligent optimisation, targeting, and real-time, data-driven execution.

About this opportunity 

The purpose of this role is to lead sales activity, maximise revenue and grow key partnerships across the respective Media Agencies and Direct clients that we operate with across the Italian market.  This includes leading the development and implementation of sales strategy, go-to-market plans with Marketing and managing and maintaining our CRM system and Agency Blueprints for accurate and valuable forecasting and planning.
