Tal Jacobson

CEO

Tal Jacobson has been a leader and executive in the ad-tech industry for more than two decades. Prior to his appointment as Perion's CEO in 2023, Tal served as General Manager of CodeFuel, Perion's Search Advertising unit, since 2018. During his tenure, he turned CodeFuel into a significant driver of Perion's market share and valuation. He also cemented a strategic relationship with Microsoft for which the company won the Microsoft Advertising Global supply partner award. Tal's success is rooted in his extensive experience in all facets of the tech industry. As Chief Revenue Officer of SimilarWeb, he was paramount to the Israeli unicorn growth spurt in its early days. Prior to that, he held the position of VP of Business at McCann Erickson, the role of CEO at the video collaboration platform Watchitoo, and Director of Business Development at AOL.

Maoz Sigron

CFO

Maoz is an experienced finance executive with more than a decade of experience working with NASDAQ-listed companies. Prior to joining Perion, Maoz served as Vice President of Allot Communications, where he led the full lifecycle of M&A deals, from due diligence through the final integration phase, to re-organizational and post-M&A activities. Maoz also served as Controller at Tnuva and Stratasys Ltd., where he played a key role in the Objet-Stratasys merger. Earlier in his career, Maoz served as a CPA at PwC. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the College of Management.

Yosi Botzer

CTO

As Perion CTO since 2020, Yosi leads the company's technology strategy. He has over two decades' experience in big data, internet technology, and was previously the Chief Architect at Perion. Yosi previously served as R&D director at Amobee (acquired by Singtel) and Big Data Architect at Datorama (acquired by Salesforce). He holds a BCS in Computer Science and Philosophy from Haifa University and an MBA from Tel University.

Ran Cohen

Chief Strategy Officer

Throughout his career, Ran Cohen has led interactive brands and developed breakthrough innovations in online advertising. He has held multiple executive positions, including co-founder & president of Legolas Media (acquired by Undertone) and Vice President of Product Development at Sizmek. Ran holds a BA in economics from Hebrew University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Adi Zackai Mates

VP HR

Adi Zackai Mates brings over 12 years of global HR high-tech industry experience. Prior to joining Perion, she served as Global HR Business Partner at Amdocs for 4 years. Prior to that, she held various HR leadership roles at Comverse specializing in organizational consultation, leadership talent management, professional growth, recruitment and more. Adi holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences Organizational Behavior and HR, as well as an MBA in Business Administration Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting from the College of Management.

Daniel E. Aks

President Undertone

Daniel E. Aks has broad operating experience in C-level roles in the information, education, and consumer media industries. Previously, Mr. Aks served as the CEO of Antenna Audio Inc, where he led its reorganization and developed formative testing and data-driven instruction products. Previously, as the COO of Primedia Consumer Magazines, he launched and led the pioneering digital business. Mr. Aks holds two undergrad degrees from Rutgers University, and an MBA from Harvard University.

Dan Mano

General Manager, Content IQ

An entrepreneur with a big passion for product development and marketing online products. Dan brings 16 years of C-level experience from MyHeritage.com, 888.com, Reach, SWIFT SHIFT and Rocket Internet. Dan is a licensed lawyer, holds an MBA from UCLA (Entertainment Management), an MBA from London Business School with a concentration in finance, and a dual major in law and business (cum laude) from IDC Herzliya University. Dan took part in the Zell entrepreneurship program, NFX and Upwest Labs accelerators. Dan is a sought-after public speaker and appears regularly in the Israeli media.

Sharon Magen

General Manager, Codefuel

As an accomplished executive, Sharon brings a rich technical background and expertise in performance marketing, sales, marketing automation, and analytics. Over his career, he has held a variety of leadership positions, including CEO of Algotech, an algo trading company, and CEO of DataWit, an AI-driven marketing automation platform. Prior to that, he was Chief Revenue Officer of Appoxee, acquired by Teradata. Additionally, he played an integral role in the growth of ClickTale (acquired by ContentSquare), making it a multi-million-dollar revenue generator. In his earlier career, Sharon worked at AOL as a Product Manager and Regional Business Director. He holds an MBA from INSEAD University and a B.SC in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Daniel Slivkin

Co-founder, Vidazoo

Daniel co-founded Vidazoo in 2014, acquired by Perion Networks in October 2021. Daniel leads the business and general management at Vidazoo. He is responsible for the growth and strategy of the online video business and monetization at Perion Networks. Prior to founding Vidazoo Daniel was involved in several start-ups and worked in several key business & marketing roles. Daniel holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Derby, IL.

Gal Dagan

As a technology entrepreneur, Gal co-founded Vidazoo in 2014, which was acquired by Perion Network in October 2021. Gal is responsible for Vidazoo's product and technology vision. He has a B.Sc Engineering & Management degree with a major in IT systems, as well as a B.Sc Economics & Management degree from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (graduated with honors in both).

Eyal Kaplan joined Perion’s board in May 2018. He also serves as Chairman of Expand Investments, a consulting firm focusing on growth-through-innovation and corporate strategies. Prior to that, he was Managing General Partner with Walden Israel, a venture capital firm, and served as Director and Chairman of numerous portfolio companies. Mr. Kaplan holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BSc degree (with Honors) in economics and management from the Technion.

Doron Gerstel

Doron Gerstel transitioned into Perion's Board of Directors in August 2023, after serving as its CEO and board member for six years. With over two decades of experience as CEO, Doron has demonstrated exceptional skill in fostering growth within the hi-tech industries and challenging markets. In his earlier role as CEO of Panaya, he spearheaded a successful turnaround, leading to increased annual revenue and the subsequent acquisition of the company by Infosys. Additionally, Doron has held top positions at Nolio, Syneron, and Zend Technologies. He holds a BSc in Economics and Management from the Technion and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Amir Guy

Director

Amir has spent more than 25 years at creative agencies (starting out at Young & Rubicam), rising through the ranks to become CEO of Grey, Israel. Here he led regional accounts for international businesses like P&G, Volkswagen and others. Under his leadership Grey Israel became one of the biggest agencies in the network. It was here that Amir recognised the opportunity for a more curated way for creatives to work directly with brands, which is how Togetherr was born. Backed by the technology of Fiverr and with the collective input from a multi-award winning creative council, Togetherr officially launches at Cannes Lions. The platform pairs world-class creative teams with innovative brands on a project-by-project basis. Amir has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and when he’s not cooking up new ideas, can be found climbing mountains and diving the oceans with his spouse and three children.

Rami Schwartz

Rami Schwartz serves as Managing Director of The Portland Trust (Tel Aviv office), and an Advisory Board Member of Algosec. Previously, Mr. Schwartz was the President of the Amdocs Products and Amdocs Delivery groups for 7 years. Prior to joining Amdocs, he was the Chairman of Olive Software (acquired by ESW Capital), and Comply, the co-Founder and CEO of Zizio and DigiHOO, and an EIR at Cedar Fund. Mr. Schwartz was CEO and Director of Exanet (acquired by Dell) and General Manager of Precise Software (acquired by Veritas software). Rami holds a B.Sc. in excellence, in Math and Computer Science from the Hebrew University.

Michal Drayman

Michal Drayman is a venture partner in JVP Foodtech Impact Fund L.P., the Foodtech and Agtech investment arm of the Jerusalem Venture Partners VC (JVP), an Israeli venture capital fund. Ms. Drayman serves as a director of privately held companies including Innovopro Ltd., Kinoko Tech Ltd., Agrint Ltd., Greeneye – Centure application Ltd., MetzerPlast. From 2005 to 2020 Ms. Drayman served as a director of Epitomee medical ltd (EPIT). From 2005 to 2014 Ms. Drayman served as a CFO and VP business development at the European High Tech Capital, a privately held investment firm which is focused on healthcare investments. From 2001 to 2004 Ms. Drayman served as the VP Finance America of Lumenis Inc., a California based company. From 1994 to 2001 Ms. Drayman served in different financial positions in Lumenis Ltd. At that time(Nasdaq:LMNS). Ms Drayman holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University and an MBA, Graduated with honors from The College of Management, Rhishon Letzion, Israel, Biomedical Management Track.

Mike Vorhaus

Mike Vorhaus is the CEO of Vorhaus Advisors. Previously, he was the President of Magid Advisors, a leading strategic consulting firm. He also serves on the Advisory Board at Digital Media Wire Inc. Mr. Vorhaus is a frequent guest on Bloomberg TV. He previously worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate and for two White House administrations. He has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Wesleyan University and completed the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business Management Development Program.

Joy Marcus

Joy Marcus has a wealth experience in the media industry, including EVP and GM Digital Video at Condé Nast Entertainment, CEO of Bloglovin' (now Activate), SVP Global Marketing Solutions at Time Warner (now WarnerMedia), VP International at Viacom and GM North America for DailyMotion. She sits on the Boards of digital media companies Anyclip and Qwire, and the nonprofits New York Tech Alliance and Hoops4Hope. Joy is currently a full time Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Princeton University, and is serving as a Venture Partner at VC firm JVP, focusing on digital media, advertising and consumer investments. Joy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University and has a JD from NYU Law School.
