About the Role:

Perion is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team on a Hybrid basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing billing, collections, and cash application processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. Role Requirements:

  • Issue and send customer invoices based on contract term requirements
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
  • Perform customer credit checks and process customer onboarding
  • Post daily incoming cash receipts
  • Perform collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries and keeping track of cash receipts
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing transactions, including supporting documentation, to ensure compliance and transparency

Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Collections Specialist to support Accounts Receivable across LATAM markets, operating from Mexico on an outsourced/freelance basis. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing receivables, resolving payment issues, and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with LATAM clients.

This role requires native-level Spanish and strong English communication skills, with Portuguese as a plus, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones with our global finance teams in Israel, Canada (EST), and the US (EST).

  • Monitor LATAM accounts and proactively manage collections of overdue balances.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Product Manager to join the Data group within Perion’s Product department. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our business stakeholders, engineering and BI teams, and other functional domain PMs to lead cross-functional and non-functional projects across multiple business domains. 

This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data technologies and a passion for leading data-driven projects that transform complex datasets into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions and measurable business impact.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple time zones and translate business needs into scalable data solutions that drive measurable impact
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on data infrastructure, reporting, and automation.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms and lead initiatives to improve data accessibility, usability, and reliability across the organization
  • Advocate for best practices in data architecture, ETL/ELT, and cloud platform usage

 

What We're Looking For (Must Have)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data product management
  • Past experience in ad tech and working with big data
  • Advanced SQL skills and close familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse and data lake architecture and ETL / ELT processes 
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Clickhouse, BigQuery, Snowflake)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing and managing internal and external data integrations
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and privacy regulations

Sous la responsabilité du Data Engineering Manager, nous recherchons un(e) Développeur(se) Data talentueux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe Data spécialisée dans l’analyse d’audience.
Nous développons des fonctionnalités basées sur les schémas de mobilité géospatiale afin d’aider à diffuser des campagnes publicitaires intelligemment et à mesurer leur efficacité en exploitant des données massives (big data) à grande échelle.

Reporting to the Data Engineering Manager, we are looking for a talented Data Developer to join our audience-focused Data team. We are working on delivering features based on geospatial movement patterns to help deliver ad campaigns intelligently, as well as measure their effectiveness by interacting with big data at scale. About this opportunity 

This role will be tasked with improving publisher onboarding, creating positive and educational experiences as well as work through the complex and intriguing kinks of OOH publishing. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage and understand client expectations and motivations for using Hivestack to lead them to satisfaction.

  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated custom reporting tools to meet complex client needs, utilizing advanced data visualization and automation techniques.
  • Debug and optimize complex scripts using multiple programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) for troubleshooting and automation.
  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot VAST tags for precise video ad delivery and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with other R&D and MIS teams to deliver cross-system functionality and process automation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience developing in an object-oriented programming (OOP) language (such as Java or C#).
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer.
  • Strong experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, API integrations, and asynchronous processing (Platform Events, Queueable, Batch jobs, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and platform limitations.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience writing clean, scalable, and reusable code with clear documentation.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience with Git and GitHub — an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Python and general web development concepts — an advantage.

About this role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in the progressive Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH) advertising industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the digital transformation in outdoor advertising, managing and nurturing client relationships to drive our innovative pDOOH solutions. 

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

How You’ll Make an Impact

 

  • Manage and grow a roster of key agency accounts
  • Work closely with the Trading team to rapidly onboard new customers
  • Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Perion platform, and offer insights to clients on how to improve campaigns
  • Provide continual training to clients as new features are added to the platform
  • Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to the platform
  • Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides

What do you need to perform in this job 

  • Experience managing and growing agency accounts
  • 2-5 years of online advertising experience
  • 1+ years of client-facing experience
  • Experience in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus
  • Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our publisher-facing monetization products, from strategic vision through execution and growth

  • Analytical Fluency: Strong quantitative skills with experience defining and tracking product metrics that align with business objectives
  • Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, including real-time bidding (RTB), ad exchanges, supply-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs) and data management platforms (DMPs)
  • User Experience: Ability to create intuitive prototypes and collaborate effectively with design teams
  • Experimentation Mindset: Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellence in aligning cross-functional teams and communicating effectively at all levels
