Perion is seeking an experienced Accountant on a Hybrid basis to provide accounting support to our finance department. This role will be responsible for producing accurate and timely reconciliations of assigned accounts, preparing journal entries and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX. This role is essential to maintaining the continuity of our accounting operations, with a primary focus on the month-end close process and providing support during the annual audit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily and monthly journal entries
  • Review daily accounting transactions
  • Assist with the monthly financial close by preparing account reconciliations, analyzing accounts such as prepaids, accrued expenses, fixed assets, recording journal entries, and maintaining accurate supporting analysis and documentation
  • Support the preparation of schedules and documentation for internal and external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal company policies
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed

Profile and Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience is required
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting required; CPA preferred
  • Experience at a publicly traded company and knowledge of SOX is a strong plus
  • Strong Excel skills including data tables, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc. and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data
  • Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multitask

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and driven Account Receivables Specialist to join our finance team in the US, focusing on clients across the US region. This role is key to ensuring healthy cash flow and minimizing risk by proactively managing accounts receivable, resolving billing issues in collaboration with the billing team, and maintaining strong customer relationships.


To succeed, you must be comfortable working in US time zones for client contact while remaining available for key collaboration with internal stakeholders in Israel, Canada, and the US.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor US customer accounts to identify outstanding receivables.
  • Investigate historical account data in ERP and banking systems.
  • Initiate and manage collections activities via email, phone, and portals.
  • Build communication reporting and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
  • Handle escalations, resolve discrepancies, and involve legal when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Collections or AR roles, ideally in global B2B environments.
  • Solid understanding of billing processes, collections strategies, and dispute resolution, ideally in digital advertising
  • Experience with international banking/payment systems in the US region - preferred
  • Proficiency in Netsuite - preferred;
  • Excel fluency
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the owner of quality for our products

Our Talent Acquisition team is growing! We're looking for a skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us and help scale our teams globally. In this role, you'll play a key part in building our workforce across multiple regions and functions, partnering closely with leaders to attract world-class talent and strengthen our employer brand.

  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Engineering, Data, Product) with strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other advanced sourcing tools
  • Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and successfully engage passive candidates
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining quality
  • Experience conducting English phone interviews a MUST; flawless verbal and written English skills (all communications in English)
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is an advantage)

About the position:

Our global legal team is handling some of the most complex and dynamic legal and commercial matters in the rapidly evolving Adtech and privacy regime. We are seeking an exceptional, passionate, proactive and business-savvy US Legal Counsel to join our team. You will support our business across all aspects of our commercial activity as well as various corporate matters. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on exciting initiatives with a highly talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage legal matters across North America for multiple business units within the group 
  • Provide legal analysis and strategic guidance for North American operations while ensuring compliance with the organization's policies and applicable regulations
  • Drive, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including master services, licensing, professional services, reseller, marketing, SaaS, and vendor agreements
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with privacy and data protection laws and with self-regulatory organizations in the AdTech industry 
  • Conduct legal research and partner with the executive team to assess new business initiatives
  • Deliver practical, business-oriented, strategic legal advice to cross-functional teams on commercial and regulatory matters
  • Apply complex privacy and data protection law concepts to challenging business processes.
  • Manage various aspects of legal matters including corporate, employment, real estate, M&A, benefits, insurance and litigation
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to develop a deep understanding of the company's products and practices and advise on best practices for regulatory compliance
  • Establish and maintain business processes and internal policies to scale the business and support corporate governance
  • Manage and facilitate relationships with outside counsels and collaborate with global legal team members

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • A Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school; a license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 
  • Minimum of 7 years of legal experience in-house and/or at a law firm; Experience in working within a global legal department is an advantage
  • Experience in the AdTech/MarTech industry is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in privacy and data protection laws and applicable self-regulatory organizations required 
  • Strong knowledge of technology law and contract law, with demonstrated experience in an IP/technology contracts and licensing 
  • Experience in regulatory and legal filings
  • Pragmatic and business-focused, ability to resolve issues independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong leadership instincts with enthusiasm for taking ownership of projects 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various personalities and establish strong relationships at all levels of the organization
