Smilebox is looking for a driven and effective Senior Manager of Consumer Acquisition to lead Smilebox’s paid search and optimization program. This role will analyze, set strategy and execute consumer acquisition channels through Google, Bing, and Facebook, and optimization of web properties. Additionally, guide the expansion of our acquisition programs. Scope & Responsibilities
- Define global search engine marketing strategy, testing and execution framework.
- Perform in-depth quantitative analyses of search channels and business performance.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns for paid search advertising to ensure positive ROI.
- Drive funnel management analyses and improved conversion.
- Manage web properties for optimal search, communication and conversion.
- Deliver performance reports to closely manage to business objectives and budget.
- Deeply understand our consumer to ensure brand affinity and business results.
Education & Background
- 5-8 years of consumer acquisition marketing and business analytical experience, with management of SEM and SEO.
- Successful track record for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and landing pages.
- Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions for business improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Google AdWords and Microsoft AdCenter platforms.
- Understanding of Facebook.
- Familiarity with landing page tools and general software development processes helpful.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA preferred
