Limor Gershoni Levy joined the Company in January 2011 and serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Perion, Limor was General Legal Counsel for seven years at Veraz Networks (NASDAQ: VRAZ), a leading provider of band-with optimization and next generation switching products. Before that, Limor was General Counsel at Medigate Ltd. a startup company that developed management software. Limor has an L.L.M. from Tel Aviv University Law School and a L.L.B. in Law from Essex University, England.
