Board of Directors: Avichay Nissenbaum

Mr. Nissenbaum has over 20 years of experience in the software industry and is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Yedda.com, an AOL company, and a vice president at AOL. Prior to Yedda.com, Mr. Nissenbaum co-founded SmarTeam, a market leader in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) domain. SmarTeam was subsequently acquired by Dassault Systems. In addition to his position on Perion’s Board of Directors, Mr. Nissenbaum serves as a board member for Winbuyer Ltd., and advises various startups and entrepreneurs. Mr. Nissenbaum has a B.S in Computer Science and a B.A in Economics.
